Email support@catalystresearchlab.com for sign-in help, a password reset, or an export. Include the email on the account. Delete the account inside the app from You → Delete account.

On iPhone, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Face ID can be skipped with the device passcode. Shop and checkout always open in Safari.
